It’s here! Halloween. The spookiest time of the year and a celebration of all things supernatural. And, as you’d expect, I’ve got lots of spooky stories to tell and even some of my own haunted house experiences.

As an Intuitive Building Biologist, much of my consulting work has been at haunted houses. Over the past 24 years, I’ve seen a thing or two across Melbourne.

I remember doing a house consultation in Daylesford. While there wasn’t much excitement at the house itself, there certainly was at my accommodation. Have you ever had the experience where you’re laying in bed and you can feel someone’s weight on the edge of the bed, but there was no one there? Positively creepy!

What do a gaol, a lighthouse, and a home have in common?

Many years ago, l was part of a ghost investigation crew that performed investigations at well-known haunted places, such as Geelong Gaol and Cape Otway Light House. The team consisted of an intuitive dowser (me), along with a few Psychic Mediums, and some nerdy tech heads with EMF meters and fancy lights.

At Geelong Gaol, I witnessed things like wet footprints across the floor of a shower room, despite the fact that the water was turned off. I also got pushed into a cell door by something I couldn’t see. And on entering a room for a second time I discovered a table had been moved across the doorway. It certainly wasn’t there before!

After the investigation at Cape Otway Lighthouse, l decided that it was best not to drive home to Melbourne at 2:30 a.m. l slept the night in what was the old lighthouse keepers’ quarters. Well that night, l experienced four sleep paralysis attacks. Each time the attack happened, l woke up with a wet hairy head on my left shoulder.

Residents living in haunted houses often experience sleep paralysis, particularly upon waking up or falling asleep. During an attack, a person is temporarily paralysed and cannot move or speak. While sleep paralysis is fairly common and does not cause any physical harm, it can be terrifying.

People may think that only old houses are haunted, but this is not the case. While I was in my 20s, my then-wife and I built a house in a new housing estate in Frankston. On the first night, we witnessed a so-called “peeping tom” peering into a bedroom window, which we believe was an apparition. Occasionally, l would experience a sleep paralysis attack at 11.30 p.m. To add to that, my wife would see a man standing in the doorway wearing Army pants with colours emanating out of his chest, and I would sometimes hear fan switches turning on at 1:30 in the morning.

So, what exactly is happening when a house is haunted?

For a house to be haunted, there has to have been at least one death on the property. A “Death imprint” occurs at the actual place where the death happened.

A death imprint is a very highly charged noxious energy that spreads to the boundaries of the property as a Geoelectric Ground Current (GGC), surprisingly similar to what 5G street lights also achieve.

The GGC is a very harmful form of earth radiation that severely impairs the energetics of our Bioelectric Channels, or Chinese Meridians of the human body.

The death imprint energy can also move around a building and ‘attach’ energetically to the head area of a person. This is what some people call entity attachment.  Entity attachment can occur because humans generally have a negative charge that is stronger at the head. Because the energy of the ghost has a positive charge, one is attracted to the other. For example, during a house consultation on the Mornington Peninsula, I found that the ghost energy could be tracked by following the host around the house as we moved from room to room.

Can a ghost be photographed?

Ghosts can also be caught on camera. Facebook has many pages dedicated to paranormal activity. Many spooky photos are shared, however, not all are genuine images. To validate if a ghost is in fact in any photos, I must be able to tell that there is a GGC present, which is felt as a discordant energy. If there’s no discordant energy, then it’s not a Ghost.

From time to time, a client will send me a photo for validation. The photo I’ve shared in this post is of a beach in a remote part of the Sunshine Coast. You can clearly see the ghost.

The person who took the photo was said to be camping on this beach. On arriving, she decided to take a holiday snap. However, when she looked at the content of the photo she and her husband decided that the place felt very strange and the photo spooked them enough to immediately pack up and move on, finding a campsite that wasn’t so oppressive in its energy.

So, what do you do when you have a ghost in a house?

This is where we get into why the Geoclense® development happened. Considering ghost energy in the number of properties l have consulted on, it was imperative to have a counter-frequency to the GGC caused by a death on a property.

With the counter frequency in the Geoclense, the death imprint and GGC disappear. The same is achieved with the Stellar Dome®. And once that has been accomplished, the ghost activity also vanishes.

All other forms of earth radiation and localised EMF fields from technology, including GGC from 5G street lights, are also harmonized. This function is unique to products made by Orgone Effects® Australia. Similar products don’t have this ability, nor does Shielding, Shungite, or Orgonite.
